Palak Rava Ildi:
Is a healthy snack which is a very good option on a lazy Sunday morning breakfast or else it can also be a light dinner option.Green leafy vegetable lovers will enjoy and trust me palak sounds boring but its really very good for health and if kids don't have it directly then this is the best way to make them have indirectly.

Ingredients :
  •  A bunch of Palak.
  • 2 cups of curd
  • 2 small green chillis
  • 1 tea spoon zeera
  • 1.5 cups of Semolina (Rava)
  • Salt to taste.
  • Oil,urad dal,rai and Cashnew nuts for tadka.
  • 1 cup of water.
  • 1 lemon.
  • pinch of soda.
Recipe:
  • Chop Palak and keep it in a hot water for just 3 minutes,remove it and keep the entire palak in cold water.This will not change the colour of palak.
  • After it gets cooled down,in a mixture take Palak,1 cup of curd,green chillis,zeera and salt and just grind it.
  • Remove the mixture in bowl,add 1 more cup of curd,and semolina (Rava) and mix well,if u still find the batter more thicker add water and stir it.
  • A nice Palak Rava idli batter will be ready.Allow it to rest for 15 minutes.
  • In a utensil take oil,rai,urad dal and some cashnew nuts,till the tadka turns brown let it be on gas and then put the tadka in batter.Also add lemon and pinch of soda so that idlis turn out soft.
  • Then with the help of Idli Maker,just steam, idlis on a medium flame for 15 minutes.
  • Delicious Palak Rava Idli will be ready to serve.
  • Can be served with chutneys of your choice.
