Ingredients:
- 200 grams noodles(boiled).
- 1 teaspoon oil.
- oi for deep frying.
- 1 cup French beans.
- 1 capsicum, finely chopped.
- 1 small cabbage,finely grated.
- 1/ cup of corn (boiled)
- 1 tea spoon black pepper powder.
- 1 tea spoon sugar.
- salt to taste.
- 1 tea spoon soy sauce.
- 1 tea spoon red chilli sauce.
- 1 tea spoon tomato ketchup.
- 1 cup of coriender,finely chopped.
- 1/2 bowl of peanuts.
Recipe:
- Heat sufficient oi in kadai.
- Take noodles in a bowl,add cornflour and mix well,
keep it aside.Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan,to that add french beans,capsicum,cabbage,corn,black pepper powder,salt,soy sauce,chilli sauce,tomato ketchup,sugar and mix everything well.Cook it for 2-3 minutes and set aside. - Deep fry noodles in hot oil till it turns crispy and brown.Drain on absorbent paper.When cool lightly crush the fried noodles.
- Add the fried noodles and mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot and garnish it with chopped coriender and some peanuts.
- Can also be made using Chinese bhel noodles which are readily available in the market.
