Jain Chinese Bhel:
 Chinese bhel is a good appetizer.Can be made easily and great snack or dinner recipe.Loved by kids so moms have a glance at this recipe.

  
        Ingredients:
  • 200 grams noodles(boiled).
  • 1 teaspoon oil.
  • oi for deep frying.
  • 1 cup French beans.
  • 1 capsicum, finely chopped.
  • 1 small cabbage,finely grated.
  • 1/ cup of corn (boiled)
  • 1 tea spoon black pepper powder.
  • 1 tea spoon sugar.
  • salt to taste.
  • 1 tea spoon soy sauce.
  • 1 tea spoon red chilli sauce.
  • 1 tea spoon tomato ketchup.
  • 1 cup of coriender,finely chopped.
  • 1/2 bowl of peanuts.

         Recipe:
  • Heat sufficient oi in kadai.
  •  Take noodles in a bowl,add cornflour and mix well,
    keep it aside.Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan,to that add french beans,capsicum,cabbage,corn,black pepper powder,salt,soy sauce,chilli sauce,tomato ketchup,sugar and mix everything well.Cook it for 2-3 minutes and set aside.
  • Deep fry noodles in hot oil till it turns crispy and brown.Drain on absorbent paper.When cool lightly crush the fried noodles.
  • Add the fried noodles and mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve hot and garnish it with chopped coriender and some peanuts.
  • Can also be made using Chinese bhel noodles which are readily available in the market.
