Green Moong Dal Dosa:
Moong Dal is very light to digest,easy for preparation and very useful way to loose weight.So basically this recipe is for weight watchers.Lets quickly start with the recipe.



Ingredients:
  • Soaked green Moong dal.
  • Finely chopped tomatoes.
  • Finely chopped capsicum.
  • Finely chopped Coriander.
  • 2 Green chilles.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Desi ghee to cook Moong dal Dosa. 



Recipe:
  •  Soak moong dal for around 3 hours.
  • Then grind it in mixture,add salt and green chilles while grinding.
  • Empty the mixture in utensil.
  • Add tomatoes,capsicum and coriander to it. 
  • Take a non stick pan,take 1 table spoon of batter on the pan and spread it.
  • Allow it to cook on both the sides with the help of  desi ghee and your Moong dal Dosa will be ready to serve.
