Jain Chat Special:Jain Dahi Puri.

I guess this will be on everyone's face,Once I share today's recipe and that's
Dahi Puri.Very Very simple to make and very delicious.

Ingredients:
  • Sweet Yogurt or curd.
  • Puris.
  • Sev.
  • Green Chutney.
  • Khajur (Sweet Tamarind) and Emli Chutney.
  • One bowl of boondi.
  • Coriander for Garnishing.
  • Salt to taste.
Recipe:
  • Take a bowl of Yogurt or Thick Curd,add 3-4 tea spoons of Sugar and a pinch of salt.
  • Just give it a proper stir and let the sugar melt completely inside it.Keep it aside.
  • Now in a plate take 6 medium sized puris,make hole in middle.
  • Add boondi(it should be soft,soak it in water for 5-10 minutes).
  • Add Green chutney,Tamarind chutney to it.
  • Now add lots of sweet yogurt or curd to it.
  • Add Sev and Garnish it with Coriander.
  • Delicious Jain Dahi Puri is ready to serve.
