Jain Nanza:

Nanza is something which will just change your mood in first piece itself.Its very tasty and delicious.Especially kids will love it.Elders and youngsters will enjoy as well.So lets quickly start with ingredients and recipe.


Ingredients:
  • Half kg Maida or else can also use wheat.(It will make 5 rolls).
  • 200 grams paneer.
  • 2 cubes cheese for stuffing.1 cube of cheese for garnishing.
  • 1 finely chopped capsicum.
  • 1 small bowl coriander.
  • 1 small bowl pudina.
  • 2 tea spoon oregano.
  • 2 tea spoon chilli flakes.
  • 5 medium sized tomatoes for tomato puree.
  • salt to taste.





Recipe:
  • Make a soft dough of maida or wheat let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • In a utensil add grated paneer,grated cheese,finely chopped capsicum,coriander,pudina,salt,chilli flakes and oregano.
  • Now take one roll of maida or wheat flour just start making it in a form of chapati but let it be thick,add stuffing as discussed above and close the sides of dough.
  • Again start rolling and make it is thick round shape as of chapati,don't roll much as stuffing will come out from inside,just a thick round shaped roll.
  • On the gas,put the nanza on non stick pan,apply oil and close it with lid on top of the pan.
  • Cook it in medium flame and after 5-7 minutes toss it on other side and apply oil and  cook from other end also.
  • Nanza will b ready remove it from gas.
  • Add tomato puree (just grind tomatoes in mixture and take out the puree from that and boil it on gas and add 1 tea spoon tomato ketchup,pinch of chilli flakes and oregano and add little salt) on the nanza,spread it on all sides.
  • Cut nanza in 4 triangle piece.
  • Garnish it with lots of cheese and coriender before serving.
  • Mouth watering nanza is ready to serve.
