Paneer Pasanda:
If you love anything in paneer,then this its the must have recipe for you guys.Very tasty Punjabi sabji.
we can have it with Nan,Roti or Khulchas.


Ingredients:
  • 250grams of paneer,cut them into rectangle cubes.
  • 1 bowl of coriender and Mint chutney.
  •  2 table spoon corn floor.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Water for making paste.
  • Oil for frying paneer cubes.
  • 4-5Dried kashmiri red chillis.
  • small bowl of cashnew nuts.
  • 3-4  medium sized chopped tomatoes.
  • 1 bowlYogurt or Thick curd.
  • 1 table spoon of desi ghee.
  • coriender
  • 1 tea spoon of Kasuri methi.
  • 3 tea spoons of cream.
Recipe:
  • Firstly paneer which is cut in rectangle shapes,i will need them.So take 1 piece of paneer,apply coriender and mint chutney on it and then put one more piece of panner upon that like we make in sandwich.Similarly prepare other paneer cubes with coriender and mint chutney and keep them aside.
  • Now in a small bowl take corn flour,add water to that and make a thin paste.
  • Take oil in pan for deep frying the paneer cubes,before putting the paneer cubes in oil just dip them in corn flour paste so the the paneer sandwich does not get separated.
  • Keep the fried panner sandwiches aside.
  • In a mixture grinder take Dried Kashmiri Red chillis,medium sized cut tomatoes,cashew nuts,salt to taste,yogurt or thick curd and just have it a mixture.
  • Ina pan add ghee,once it turns hot add the entire paste made in mixture,add water as per your requirement.
  • Let it cook on gas for around 10-12 minutes,then add kasuri methi and cream.
  • Turn off the gas.
  • Remember one thing that the paste becomes thicker once its cooled down,so keep the fried paneer sandwiches and paste separately,and just before serving on dinner table mix both of them together and again hot it on gas or oven,Serve hot.
  • Garnish it with coriender.
