Jain Pav Bhaji Fondue

Jain Pav Bhaji Fondue:



Pav bhaji is all time favorite Mumbai dish which is loved by all age groups.Its easy to prepare and has a yummy taste.

Ingredients:
  • 6 large finely Chopped Tomatoes.
  • 2 medium sized finely chopped Capsicum
  • 1 small bowl of boiled peas.
  • 1 small medium chopped boiled cauliflower.
  • 1 medium chopped boiled Raw Banana. (Optional).
  • 1.5 cups of water.
  • 2 tea spoon butter for bhaji and 3 tea spoon butter for Pav.
  • pinch of zeera.
  •  Salt to taste.
  • 1.5 tea spoon chilli powder.
  • pinch of turmeric powder.
  • 2 tea spoons of Pav bhaji Masala.
  • 3 cubes of cheese.
  • Chopped Coriander for Garnishing.
  • 6 medium sized Pav.
  • Oregano.
  • Chilli Flakes.
Recipe:
  •  Take ghee in a pan,once it turns hot add finely chopped tomatoes,capsicum,boiled peas,boiled cauliflower and boiled raw banana in the pan.
  • Add water in a pan,give all the veges a stir and after cooking for 5minutes add all the masalas as mentioned above in the ingredients list and don't forget to add salt as per your taste requirement.
  • Now comes our tasty ingredient which is  loved by all kids...Cheeseeeeee.So add 3 cubes of grated cheese in pan,give it a stir.
  • Now off the gas and allow the mixture to cool thoroughly.
  • Put the entire mixture in mixture grinder or you can also blend it in a blender.
  • It will then turn into soft,creamy and thick vegetable curry.
  • While Serving, hot it again and then garnish it with coriander.
  • In another pan take 3 tea spoons of butter and cut pav into small cubes,add them in pan.Also add chilli flakes and oregano,just stir it and mix all d herbs together with pav cubes.
  • Serve hot.

Capsicum has a very high amount of antioxidants and vitamin B which helps to rejuvenates body cells.Green peas are excellent source of fiber.and Vitamin C in tomatoes help in removing metallic toxins from the body.Vegetables are important sources of potassium,dietary fiber,folate (folic acid),Vitamin A and Vitamin C.Diet rich in potassium also helps to maintain blood pressure levels.
